What is the KTSC Connect Club Member?
KTSC Connect Club Member is a membership program by KTSC retail that rewards customers for any purchase at our KTSC retail store.
Who can join?
All Malaysian.
How do I sign up as KTSC Connect Club Member?
Visit our KTSC retail store, where our staff will guide you through the steps to register as a member. You will need a valid email address and contact number to receive an OTP for registration.
How is my membership tier assigned?
You will automatically be assigned 'Connect Basic' upon signup. You will be automatically upgraded to 'Connect Plus' by spending RM5,000 annually, or to 'Connect Elite' by spending RM12,000 annually.
How to qualify for a higher tier?
You can qualify for a higher tier by meeting the spending threshold. Your tier will be automatically upgraded once you reach the required threshold for the next level.
Will the tier be downgraded?
Your tier will be downgraded after 365 days if your spending from the previous year does not meet the required threshold.

How do I earn points?
Points will be earned when members spend and show the membership QR code at the Connect Club page in the KTSC retail store.

Points will be awarded based on your membership tier. As a Connect Basic member, you will earn 1 point for every RM1 spent. Connect Plus members will earn 1.5 points for every RM1 spent, while Connect Elite members will earn 2 points for every RM1 spent.
Do member points expire?
Yes, points will expire on the 1st day of the same month in the following year. For example, points earned on 25th October 2025 will expire on 1st October 2026. Points earned on 3rd March 2025 will expire on 1st March 2026.
Is there a fee to join KTSC Connect Club Member?
Joining the KTSC Connect Club is free of charge; however, an annual spending requirement is necessary to maintain membership tier.
