Since 2012, KTS Cellular Sdn Bhd has been designated as the Master Dealer for Samsung and has served as a retailer since 1999. Additionally, the company is an authorized dealer for all Segway models, having established proper import channels and aftersales service support.
The company operates over 250 Samsung Partner Retail Stores across Central Malaysia and manages more than a thousand retail touchpoints nationwide. With 17 retail outlets and more than 100 employees, KTS Cellular has built strong relationships with shopping mall management teams, organizing over 100 mobile phone events and roadshows.
